A cafe is in Takada park!

When you go to Takada park,  you’ll find Joetsu historical museum.

There is a cafe on the first floor of that museum.

It is managed by Omoya, which is a Japanese confectionary shop. You can enjoy different kinds of drinks like coffee and tea.

Moreover, there’re some snacks and light meals, too!   They are all homemade!

You can also get them to go and go to the observatory, which is located on the top of this building! It will be so good!
