Special holidays start soon!

Spring vacation for students started!
Most schools in Japan have a three-semester system and the new semester starts at the beginning of April.

Students in Japan usually have 3 kinds of vacation in Spring, Summer, and Winter. The duration of each holiday is different for each season.

How about workers??!
Luckily, long vacation is also ready for workers this year!
The longest one is the vacation called Golden week!!
This year is a super lucky year, and we can take at most 10 days of holiday vacation. Golden week is usually around 5days, though.
It comes soon and it’s from April 27th to May 6th!

Wherever you go, you will see large crowds of people during Golden week.
If you have a chance, please go somewhere good in Japan.

May is a good season to go out because it is a comparatively comfortable climate.
I recommend you to go to nature or sightseen spots.

日本（にほん）の学生（がくせい）たちにとって春休（はるやす）みが始（はじ）まります。
日本のほとんどの学校（がっこう）は３学期制（がっきせい）です。

日本の学校では春休（はるやす）み、夏休（なつやす）み、冬休（ふゆやす）３種類（しゅるい）長（なが）い休みがあります。
それぞれ休みは季節（きせつ）によって違（ちが）います。

仕事（しごと）をしている人（ひと）にも長（なが）い休みがあります。
それはゴールデンウィークと言（い）われているもので、通常（つうじょう）５日前後（かぜんご）です。
しかし今年（ことし）はとてもラッキーで最大（さいだい）10日間（かかん）もあります！
今年（ことし）のゴールデンウィークは4月（がつ）27日（か）から5月6日です。

ゴールデンウィーク中（ちゅう）はどこに行(い）っても混(こ）んでいますが、機会（きかい）があれば出（で）かけてみてください。

日本（にほん）の５月（がつ）は比較的（ひかくてき）過（す）ごしやすい季節（きせつ）なのでお出（で）かけするのにいいと思（おも）います。
